For the past 18 years, the focus of Bibby Productions has been the production of documentary programs for television and non-broadcast distribution. The company has initiated many of its own documentary productions and sold them to the National Film Board, CBC, ABC, BBC, CTV, Vision and other broadcasters. Bibby Productions has also been successful in securing contracts for a wide range of educational, training, promotional and motivational programs. Over the years, the company has developed special expertise in social issues, curriculum-related programs, industrial safety videos and programs about First Nations issues.

Bibby Productions is headed by Alan Bibby, a filmmaker with over 30 years of experience in various media. The company specializes in cost-effective planning, location shooting and post-production. Equipment includes a Betacam 400 camera, a 3-chip mini-DV camera, sound and lighting packages and location DAT recorder. In-house facilities include a professional non-linear editing suite for mastering to Digital Betacam or DVD. Alan has received multiple nominations and over 20 awards, including a Banff Television Festival Special Jury Award and several AMPIA Rosies.

Terri Bibby provides project and production management, facilitation and consulting services for Bibby Productions. She is an Information Technology consultant with 25 years experience in systems analysis, project management, business consulting and training. Terri also has experience in web development.
